These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with BAS Tours Global Travel Inc.
1. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking. Final balance must be received by the deadline
indicated on your invoice. We accept Canadian Dollar (CAD), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British
Pound Sterling (GBP), and Australian Dollar (AUD). Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or
secure bank transfers.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: full refund minus administrative fee.
– Cancellations 2–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
– Cancellations less than 1 day before departure: non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Travelers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required travel
documents. BAS Tours Global Travel Inc. is not liable for denied entry or issues caused by
incomplete documentation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and must be arranged by
travelers themselves.
4. Liability & Force Majeure
BAS Tours Global Travel Inc. acts as an intermediary with independent suppliers (airlines, hotels,
transport providers). We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularities caused by
third parties or by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, political unrest, force majeure).
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Egyptian
tourism laws
